The story is set in the fairy-tale world of the *One Thousand and One Nights*. Labakan, a journeyman tailor, is dissatisfied with his current life and dreams of one day becoming a prince. Tasked by the Sultan with altering a garment, he keeps it for himself, puts it on, and immediately flees his surroundings.
