To hear Scottish Ice hockey legend Tony Hand's story one can only compare it to the 2000 Academy Award nominated blockbuster Billy Elliot. The only difference is that Tony was an ice hockey player and his story is not a work of fiction. Tony Hand, grew-up in estate housing in Edinburgh's infamous Muirhouse neighborhood in the 1980s. It was a neighborhood blighted by drug addiction and crime. When he stumbles upon the unlikely sport of ice hockey his life would change forever.
